Photo: Lisnagarvey Dining Rooms, 1937
What a fantastic photo! Lisnagarvey Dining Room on Market Street was a popular café in the centre of the town. In this photograph the building is decked out in flags and decoration, this is likely in anticipation of the visit of King George VI and Queen Elizabeth in July 1937, during their Coronation tour.
