Advert: Robert Young, Draper, Bow Street, 1921
Robert Young, a draper on Bow Street, was a main-stay of shopping life in Lisburn for over 50 years. The firm was founded in early 1913, taking over the former premises of David Kilpatrick who ran a similar shoe and draper’s store on the site previously. Young bought all of Kilpatrick’s stock, much like he did in 1921, when he purchased Robert Moffat’s stock.
