A musical Christmas Cracker

Music and Festive Food at the Irish Linen Centre & Lisburn Museum

The Irish Linen Centre & Lisburn Museum will host a musical Christmas extravaganza on 15th December 2018.  The evening will feature festive music from award-winning brass band Dynamic Brass, local author and rising literary star Colin Sloan and harpist Ursula Burns.  Tickets must be booked in advance and are £15, with £10 to the Mayor’s Charity.  Entry includes a light supper.

The Mayor, Councillor Uel Mackin, speaking about the event, said: “the run-up to Christmas can be a very busy period, and I think it is good to take some time to relax and enjoy an evening of festive music and entertainment.”

Alderman Paul Porter, Chairman of the Council’s Leisure & Community Development Committee, added: “we are delighted to be hosting this event in the Museum and for such a worthy cause: the Mayor’s Charity, Cancer Fund for Children.”
